In this eye-opening book Eckhart Tolle, a spiritual teacher, is sharing his knowledge about the ego and how to heal yourself from it.
The subtitle literally says „Create a better life“. You will learn how to surrender to the present moment and accept it the way it is. Eckhart will teach you how to disidentify with your mind, your body and the world around you and helps you see yourself for what you truly are.
This book has provided me with so much wisdom about this reality and the way the ego works and how it manipulates you into getting what it wants. It taught me many spiritual lessons and overall helped me be more aware and feel more inner peace throughout my day. That is why it is number one on this list. Thank you Eckhart.

Louise Hay describes how illnesses manifest in the body because of belief patterns we hold onto and shows a way to heal yourself with the help of your mind.
This book provides not only amazing insights into how the way you think changes your reality but also a handy list of the causes of many different illnesses and solutions to them. Change your mind, change your life.
I use this book regularly to heal my body. Whenever, for example, my back hurts I recite the affirmations Louise suggests and it instantly helps. It also taught me how to be more aware of what I think and showed me that I have the power to change my thoughts. Thank you Louise.

Stephen R. Covey wrote an amazing book about important habits that make you into a more influencial, organized, efficient and overall better person.
Many successful people like Tony Robbins recommend this masterpiece of personal change. Learn how to change the way you approach life to create better habits and therefore a better reality for yourself.
I plan on re-reading this book in the next few weeks as it has so much valuable information. I learned how I can center my life and actions around what is most important to me in life – my principles. Thank you Stephen.
