This book is for people who want to improve their social skills and learn techniques and practical advice on how to change your mindset when it comes to relationships in all forms.
How it changed my life
To be honest, most of the advice in the book is pretty obvious. Carnigie still puts the theories perfectly together and gives interesting reasoning and examples.
The most important thing I learned was how to lead people in the direction I want them to be in by simply showing them kindness and respect.
The book taught me how to handle and stir a conversation while making the other person feel good and heard.
It also made me less nervous to talk to others, especially strangers because it provides interesting insights into how people really think.
And lastly, it showed me the importance of positivity and how I can implement it into my daily interactions with others. That is how it greatly improved and changed my life for the better.

2. THE POWER OF NOW – Eckhart Tolle

This book is for people who seek ways to get to mental clarity, want to improve the quality of their life and want to understand the importance of living in the present moment.
How it changed my life
Every time I open this book, I learn something new. Tolle is a great spiritual teacher full of wisdom, which he shares in „The power of now“.
It gave me completely new perspectives on life and myself, which I think about a lot. It showed me how important it is to connect with my own body and provided me with practical advice on how to do so.
This book also taught me how to anchor myself in the present moment and how every pain or inner conflict is created by the mind and its thoughts. That is how it greatly improved and changed my life for the better.

3. AROUND THE WORLD ON 50 BUCKS – Christopher Schacht
Category: Travel
Who should read it?
This book is for people who love travelling, need some travel inspiration or want to know how far you can go with almost no money in your pockets.
How it changed my life
It is amazing and inspiring to see other people living your dream. Most people love travelling but so many are not aware of the various ways you can do so.
This book made me think out of the box and inspired so many of my trips. It showed me that travelling is so much more than what you think and how those memories can change your entire view of life itself.
It taught me to always look for opportunities and that people all around the globe are nicer than you might think. All it takes is courage and an open mind. That is how it greatly improved and changed my life for the better.
